Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson knows a thing or two about winning in clutch situations, and he was present Monday night for Game 4 between the Golden State Warriors and Houston Rockets at the Toyota Center.
According to a Twitter picture from ESPN 97.5’s Jake Asman, the Pro Bowl quarterback was catching the action as the Rockets knotted the series 2-2 with a 112-108 win over the Warriors. Houston will need to get two more wins over Golden State to advance to the NBA Western Conference Finals.
Watson’s appearance is another page in the volumes of support that Houston pro sports have shown each other over the years. Perhaps Watson was paying back Rockets guard James Harden, who was present for the Texans’ Week 14 game versus the Indianapolis Colts last season.
