The Houston Texans released their Friday injury report, their final injury report of Week 4 as they prepare to face the Carolina Panthers Sunday at 12:00 p.m. CT at NRG Stadium.
There was no change from Thursday’s injury report, and the expected designations were given to particular players. For example, offensive tackle Seantrel Henderson was declared out with an illness.
“He’s sick, so it’s just one of those things,” Texans coach Bill O’Brien said Friday. “We’re going to have to monitor that moving forward up until game time to see, relative to the game day roster, what we’re going to have to do there.”
Rookie defensive end Charles Omenihu was given a questionable designation. None of the full participants were given a designation, which is the closest thing to “probable” there is on an injury report in the post-probable world.

For the Panthers, QB Cam Newton (foot) and OG Trai Turner (ankle) were declared out.
CB Donte Jackson (groin) and DT Kawann Short (shoulder) were declared questionable along with DE/OLB Marquise Haynes (elbow) and DE/OLB Bruce Irvin (hamstring).
S Rashaun Gaulden (groin), DT Gerald McCoy (knee), TE Greg Olsen (back), and LB Shaq Thompson (knee) were not given any designation.
