The Houston Texans held their first day of mandatory minicamp inside Methodist Training Center. The temperature was 84 degrees and mostly sunny.
Quarterback Deshaun Watson worked on his accuracy and was able to hit a few throwing nets, kind of like some sort of Madden minicamp drill from back in the mid-2000s.
The special teams were also able to get some work in.
Of course, on the first day of minicamp after the club fired the general manager the Friday before, no one is going to mind a dearth of Twitter videos. That is where the coverage is to be had.
