The Houston Texans announced their inactives ahead of their Week 2 encounter with the Jacksonville Jaguars Sunday at NRG Stadium.
It wasn’t so much who was on the inactives list as who wasn’t. Receiver Keke Coutee, who missed Week 1 with an ankle injury, is listed as active after having a full week of practice.
Rookie offensive lineman Tytus Howard was listed as active and will start at left guard.
