Texans-Falcons Friday injury report: Lonnie Johnson, Tashaun Gipson questionable

Well, that escalated quickly.

The Houston Texans released their final injury report ahead of their Week 5 match-up against the Atlanta Falcons Sunday at NRG Stadium.

After not being on the injury report at all throughout the week, rookie cornerback Lonnie Johnson and safety Tashaun Gipson were listed on the injury report and as questionable, despite not making an appearance at all throughout the week.

The Falcons declared RB Kenjon Barner (knee), P Matt Bosher (right groin), G Jamon Brown (concussion), CB Blidi Wreh-Wilson (groin) were declared out.

S Damontae Kazee (illness) was declared questionable.

C Alex Mack (elbow) and OT Kaleb McGary (knee) were limited participants in Friday’s practice, but were not given an injury designation.

DT Grady Jarett (elbow) and G Wes Schweitzer (shoulder) were upgraded to full participants in Friday’s practice, but were not given a designation.
