Texan lunatics indicted for insane plan to recruit homeless army, invade Haitian island, kill the men, enslave the women and children

Federal prosecutors have unveiled a truly bizarre and insane plan concocted by two North Texas men who apparently planned to become the kings of their own pedophile island.

In a statement published by the US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Texas, U.S. Attorney Jay R. Combs confirmed that 21-year-old Gavin Weisenburg and 20-year-old Tanner Thomas had launched a genuine effort to invade the small island of Gonave, which is part of the Republic of Haiti.

Weisenburg and Thomas planned to stockpile firearms and ammunition and then recruit homeless individuals in the District of Columbia “to serve as a mercenary force”. The pair and their hobo mercs would then travel by sailboat to Gonave, where they’d stage a violent coup d’etat, murder all of the men on the island, then turn all of the women and children there into unwilling sex slaves.

They were actually going to do it

You might think this scheme is too ludicrous to ever put into action. After all, it’s delusional to think any of this would work, as Gonave has a population of around 87,000 people – and even if it had – Haiti obviously isn’t going to be particularly happy about some random Texans pedophiles invading their territory and killing people.

But, incredibly, Weisenburg and Thomas began genuine preparations to make this a reality. They created detailed operational and logistical plans, began learning Haitian Creole, and took classes in skills relevant to their warped mission.

Thomas enlisted in the U.S. Air Force to receive military training he could later put into practice with his “invasion”, while Weisenburg enrolled in the North Texas Fire Academy to learn “command-and-control” protocols, as well as traveling to Thailand to take sailing lessons.

As such, a federal grand jury in the Eastern District of Texas has charged them with conspiracy to murder, maim, or kidnap in a foreign country, a charge that carries a potential life sentence in prison. In addition, both men have also been indicted for producing child pornography, though as they were trying to establish a child sex island, we guess we should have seen that coming.
