It's been a busy few weeks in the music industry, with new albums landing and plenty of industry drama taking place, not to mention the final Glastonbury headliner being announced.
It's also been a busy week in Manchester, with Raye dazzling at the O2 Ritz as well as Chris Brown and Panic! At The Disco both performing at the AO Arena, and Lizzo set to entertain the venue this weekend.
At a more grassroots level, legendary local venue Night and Day Cafe in the Northern Quarter received well deserved recognition with a nomination for Music Week magazine’s ‘Grassroots Venue: Spirit of the Scene’ award.
