Tess Daly has shared an adorable throwback of her and Vernon Kay from 17 years ago.
The Strictly Come Dancing presenter has posted a sweet photograph of her and her husband from nearly two decades ago, just weeks before they welcomed their eldest daughter Phoebe, now 17.
In the photo, Tess was sat on her husband's lap, whilst he had his arm around her as they both smiled for the camera.
"Flashback to these young things!" she wrote on Instagram underneath the sweet throwback snap.
"Who would have thought I was pregnant with my eldest who’s 17 in a few weeks! Time flies."
Fans and friends were thrilled to see the throwback picture and took to the comments to share their excitement.
Her Strictly co-host Claudia Winkleman posted three red hearts under the photo, whilst Katie Piper wrote, "Love this throw back," alongside a string of heart eye emojis.
"You both never age the best couple in the world," one fan wrote.
Another added: "So young and cute."
"Wow both look beautiful," a third shared.
Vernon also commented on the snap but was more distracted by Coronation Street star Anthony Cotton next to them in the photo.
" @antonycotton That you??" he wrote under the photo.
To which the soap star replied: " @vernonkay It is! Tess has well cut me off!!!
"Where was this @tessdaly @vernonkay?!?!"
Tess previously described Vernon as her "soulmate" and admitted his stint on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here last year made her realise how much she missed him and needed him around.
"The printer, the dishwasher, the dryer [all broke] – basically everything you need when solo parenting," Tess told Women's Health.
"I was like, 'Okay, Vern, I really do need you around the house.'
"We're soulmates, me and Vernon. It's been a ride. And I love him more than ever."
Tess also recently opened up about how her husband surprised her by arranging for them to renew their vows on their 10th wedding anniversary, after the pair tied the knot first in 2003.
She recalled to Hello! magazine: "The first night [in the south of France] we had a gorgeous dinner and drank Champagne, we toasted the sunset and ten years of marriage.
"The next day we woke up, Vernon surprised me. I opened my anniversary card and it said, 'Today we are going to renew our vows.'
"He said, 'We're just going to renew our vows, I've arranged it. I've found a catholic priest.'"
