Tess Daly wowed fans with a stunning make-up free selfie in which she looks decades younger than her actual age.
The mum-of-two, 52, posted the photo after her working out in her "freezing cold shed".
Smiling at the camera, Tess' blonde locks are tied back into a pony tail while she wears a grey sports top and not a scrap of makeup.
Captioning the post she wrote: "The good thing about working out in the freezing cold shed, is that you have no choice but to work hard, to get really warm, really fast."
The stunning snap was met with much admiration from Tess' followers with The Masked Singer's Davina McCall posting "This is such a lovely photo of you," followed by a heart-eyed emoji.
Another fan simply said: "Beautiful" while Homes Under The Hammer's Lucy Alexander wrote: "Go for it Tess!"
The former model rarely posts pics of her working out but did treat fans to a rather impressive bicep shot last year in which she looked stunning in a crop top and leggings.
Tess showed off her muscly abs as she gave a huge smile at the camera, clearly enjoying her gruelling workout.
The bubbly blonde is married to TV presenter Vernon Kay, 47 and the pair have two daughters together Phoebe and Amber born in 2004 and 2009 respectively.
Tess and Vern are rarely snapped together, but the Strictly star did document their loved-up trip to the village of Studland in Dorset to ring in the new year.
Tess shared intimate pictures their staycation, including one of the love birds standing on a stunning sandy beach.
Tess penned a sweet caption to accompany the trio of photos, that read: "A little family trip to the beach was the perfect start to 2022. Although the wind had other ideas about my hair."
The photos went down a storm with the presenter's fans with one posting: "Hope you have an amazing 2022 love you Tess and Vernon."
The couple also enjoyed a stroll along the River Thames over Christmas with Vernon posting "Festive stroll out on the river! Having the best time with the family this Christmas!!
"Got a feeling the new year resolution will be gym related! Turkey for days!!"
