Customers in parts of Wales are having issues with the Tesco website and app.
The site is down in some areas leaving customers unable to pay for online shopping orders.
Shoppers have reported the issues on Downdetector this morning as over 340 issues have been declared just after noon on Monday (November 22).
The website shows the areas that have been affected.
The company has told some customers that they are aware of an issue and their IT team is investigating.
They added: "We are looking to resolve this as quickly as possible."
Another customer was told: "I can confirm that we've just become aware of an issue with customers checking out orders and our IT team are working on it. I'd suggest giving it another try a little later,"
Some shoppers are concerned they will lose their online slot if they aren't able to pay.
