For the second time this week, the Tesco website and app have crashed,
This has left customers unable to place or change their orders.
It comes days after the supermarket had a similar outage over the weekend.
They confirmed the outage in a tweet earlier this afternoon but have yet to provide and explanation on what the cause is, the Mirror reports.
Outage tracker DownDetecor shows customers all over the Uk are struggling to use the Tesco website and app.
According to the website, 1,437 people had made complaints shortly before 1.30pm.
Around 40 per cent of the issues recorded are to do with the tesco website.
Meanwhile, 32 per cent of the complaints are relating to the Tesco app.
A further 27 per cent of people specifically said that they're experiencing difficulty logging in.
Tesco said in a tweet: "I'm afraid that we are experiencing some issues with the website at the moment and I'm so sorry for the inconvenience."
There have also been customer reports regarding the outage on Twitter this afternoon.
One person tweeted an image with a broken webpage and the words: "An error occurred while processing your request."
One person said: "Is your app and website down again?? Can't get it to load on the app or on my laptop."
Another person said: "Is your website down again, it says I'm in a queue? I need to update my order, can you let me know what is happening?"
A third tweeted: "Hi Tesco. Is your app and website down again? Can't seem to log into the app or website? Thanks."
And a fourth said: "It looks like your app and website are down AGAIN!! It's getting beyond a joke now! Get it sorted."
