Tesco is urgently recalling a soup product after announcing that they "may contain small pieces of metal".
The supermarket has recalled certain batches of its Tesco Chicken and Vegetable cup soup with croutons.
Since the product is unsafe to eat, customers are being urged to return it for a full refund — no receipt is required.
