Supermarket giant Tesco has unveiled a heart-warming Christmas advert featuring a surprise appearance from late Bullseye legend Jim Bowen.
In the company's festive offering, a deliveryman is seen handing out goodies using a Back To The Future-style time machine which is a Tesco van instead of a Delorean.
The van zips through time with the baffled Tesco worker handing out treats across the ages, including stops at Downing Street for Winston Churchill and at Buckingham Palace for the Queen.
He ends up at a 1990s rave and a '70s party, before stumbling onto the set of the beloved darts TV show.
Host Jim, who died last year, is seen in an old clip congratulating a Bullseye winner before the Tesco van pulls onto the set.
An actor playing Jim then walks up to the van and present it as the winner's prize in a seamless time-bending scene that's sure to melt fans' hearts.
The Christmas ad ties in with Tesco’s Centenary campaign marking the chain's 100 years in business and is set to Sleigh Ride by The Ronettes.
The drive, whch has run all year, has brought back iconic characters from the past including Mr Blobby, Des Lynam and Morph.
Tesco Chief Customer Officer Alessandra Bellini said: “2019 marks 100 years of Tesco helping families up and down the country celebrate Christmas.
"With the help of a delivery van, a cast from across the decades and little bit of magic, we’re telling that story."
The advert will run for the first time on Sunday night in a prime slot during the launch episode of I'm A Celebrity.
It follows in the footsteps of John Lewis' blockbuster Christmas advert featuring Edgar the dragon, which launched yesterday.
