Tesco slash click and collect minimum spend for all customers

Tesco has announced changes to the minimum spend for customers using the Click+Collect service.

For those opting to use the service now only need to purchase £25 worth of shopping instead of £40. This means plenty of shoppers can use the service and avoid the £4 minimum charge that is usually added on, as the Mirror reports.

It's an ideal service for those who don't have time to browse the aisles at their local store but can order online and pick up their items from at a time that suits them.

Plus if you'd prefer to avoid the store as social distancing is in force for supermarkets across the UK, then you can by simply heading to the drive through to collect your shopping with Tesco staff available to load it all into your car. But remember to bring along your own carrier bags.

Tesco shoppers can opt for any of the two-hour pickup slots available every day from collection points across the UK.

Plus there's also an option to book a Click+Collect delivery up to three weeks in advance. You can find out if your local store is available at tesco.com/store-locator/uk.

How does Tesco Click+Collect work?

Customers will need to sign into their Tesco account online at tesco.com/groceries or via the Tesco groceries app.

2. Pick a slot

Select a Click+Collect slot that is convenient for you at any one of the 300 Tesco store locations across the UK.

3. Spend £25 or more

4. Collect your shopping
