Tesco's warning to every shopper with a Clubcard ahead of May 31

Tesco has issued a warning to every Clubcard holder as its vouchers near their expiration dates.

The supermarket giant had initially confirmed that its Clubcard vouchers would expire this month, but has now moved to extend this.

Shoppers will now have a further six months to use their vouchers, reports BirminghamLive .

Most vouchers will now have a cut-off date of November 31, 2021, but this does not apply to all coupons.

Vouchers that have already had their cut-off date pushed back - for example, ones that were due to expire in November 2020 but are now due to last until May 2021 - will still expire though.

Tesco operates stores across Merseyside and is Britain’s biggest grocer, with its Clubcard loyalty card scheme one of the most popular supermarket loyalty schemes in the country.

It rivals the likes of the Morrisons More scheme , which recently announced a huge change, as well as things like M&S Sparks cards and the Sainsbury's and Argos Nectar system.
