Tesco questioned by shoppers after they notice big 'issue' with £24 dress

Supermarket giant Tesco has come under fire after sharing a picture of a dress from its F&F clothing collection.

The retailer left many shoppers annoyed when it posted a picture of the new garment on Instagram.

Posting an image of the floral dress, which costs £24, Tesco wrote: "Dreaming of spring dresses. Floral Shirt Dress, £24."

But while many branded the dress 'beautiful', for some, the post left a sour taste in their mouths, as they realised they can't buy the dress online.

"Can't buy as all retail closed," complained one person.

Another wrote: "I really wish you did online delivery as I love your clothes but our Tesco store has a small range. It’s such a shame, especially during lockdown, as I would be buying more but they aren’t in my store."

"Love this... I'll be missing out because of these lockdowns," said a third.

A fourth person slammed: "Be good if we could actually buy it."

"Please bring back your online store," begged another.

The F&F website currently doesn't permit online shopping, meaning shoppers need to head to Tesco stores if they want to buy something, reports the ECHO.

However, Next is selling select F&F items on its website, so shoppers should keep an eye out for styles they like on there.
