Tesco now selling giant Jaffa Cake dessert for £1.50 - and sounds delicious

We've got good news for Jaffa Cake fans, Tesco is now selling a huge version the chocolate orange treat as a dessert - and we think it looks amazing.

The 430g Tesco Jaffa Cake currently costs £1.50 (it's normally £2)  and can be picked up online at Tesco.com and in the frozen aisle in stores nationwide.

The tasty sounding treat is made up of a sponge base, baked orange filling and rich chocolate topping. The frozen dessert is perfect for the summer and a great alternative to a traditional birthday cake.

The unusual pudding is meant to serve six, however it's up to you if you want to share or not.

But the Jaffa Cake dessert isn't the only gigantic cake to hit the supermarket shelves, Asda recently launched their own Colossal Clyde chocolate cake which feeds 24 people.

The bargain cake can be bought online at Asda.com or in store and measures 45cm long. It only costs £12 and is far cheaper than M&S' supersized version of its popular Colin the Caterpillar cake, which weighs in at 2KG and costs £40.

Tesco launches Indian meal deal and it's half the price of Marks and Spencer

Shoppers can pre-order the the massive celebratory treat online at marksandspencer.com and even add a personalised message.

There's also a Connie the Giant Caterpillar version available for the same price which is decorated with pink milk chocolate beans, icing heart decorations and a white chocolate face.
