A number of Tesco Mobile customers have been left unable to text or call during a major outage.
There are hundreds of reports of customers experiencing issues on Downdetector.
It has acknowledged the issue on social media and said: "We’re aware that some customers are currently experiencing delays when sending and receiving messages and calls.
"We’re working hard to get this resolved as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will update you as soon as we’ve fixed the issue."
It gave no further details of the issue or number of those affected.
