Early birds in a sleepy town in Cheshire got a shock this morning when they woke up to a bizarre sighting.
A Tesco delivery van was spotted on top of the roof of cottage, in Knutsford, Cheshire.
The blue and white van was decked out with colourful Christmas lights.
What was even more confusing was that the driver was no where to seen, neither were the people who live inside cottage.
“It’s unbelievable!”, a Knutsford resident Jewel said. “I’ve never seen anything quite like this, especially around here. It feels like something out of a Christmas movie.”

Alessandra Bellini, Tesco Chief Customer Officer, says: “Seeing one of our Tesco delivery vans sat on the roof of a cottage caught everyone by surprise this morning. It is certainly not something you see every day, but I suspect that anyone watching ITV this Sunday night will have all their questions answered.”
