Shoppers with Tesco Clubcards who have tried to make the most of the Clubcard sale recently are being urged to check their receipts following a supermarket 'glitch'.
Tesco recently launched its Clubcard Sale - which allows shoppers to save some serious cash on their favourite products.
But some shoppers claim they haven't been able to redeem the loyalty discount, and have taken to Twitter to complain.
The Mirror reports that they say that the discounts aren't working on click and collect deliveries - and instead, many are paying full price for items they only purchased because of the savings.
The supermarket said the problem, which was first spotted by Love Money, only affects a "small number" of users.
However, with almost 20million users on Tesco's Clubcard database, it's likely that even a small percentage will affect thousands of people - including those who signed up specifically for the discounts.
One shopper tweeted: "Hi @Tesco I’ve just had my shop delivered but I’m trying to work out how to get the Clubcard prices? These haven’t been knocked off my bill and my Clubcard is registered with it. Can you help?"
Another confused customer said: "I didn't get Clubcard prices on my online shop I collected today... charged full price!"
Tesco said it's now contacted all affected customers and has offered them a £10 off e-voucher as a gesture of goodwill.
It added that the issue only affected online purchases and was fixed a few days ago.
