Tesco brings back chocolate tub offer of two for just £7 - including Quality Street

If you're looking to stock up on tubs of chocolate ahead of the Christmas period then you might want to head down to your nearest branch of Tesco.

That's because the supermarket is currently running a special deal for Clubcard holders which will allow them to save money on the sweet treats.

Tesco has brought back their popular festive offer of two tubs for £7 and this deal includes Quality Street and Cadbury's Heroes.

Shoppers can get their hands on a 650g tub of Quality Street and a 600g tub of Heroes, which would normally be priced at £4 each.

The two tub offer previously ran back in September and ended in October.

But those who are hoping to take advantage of the saving again this time will have to be quick as it's only around for a limited time, ending on December 14.

To get the most out of the deal, it could be worth buying two tubs of Quality Street, as they contain 50g more chocolate than the Heroes.

You'll also need to have signed up to the Tesco Clubcard scheme in order to claim the discount when checking out.

Clubcard is the supermarket's loyalty programme which allows customers to earn points for every £1 they spend in the shop.

Alternatively you can also obtain one point for every £2 you spend on fuel at the petrol station.

Once you have earned a certain amount of points these can be turned into vouchers to take money off your purchases at the supermarket, with 150 points being equivalent to £1.50.

And this isn't the only chocolate deal shoppers can get their hands on at the moment - with savings also available on the 800g tubs of Quality Street as well.

Usually priced at £6, the large tubs are now being sold for £5 on another Clubcard deal, which is running until December 15.
