Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury's and Iceland warning with customers told to not eat chicken, ready meal and chocolate

It's time to check those cupboards and fridges again after a number of safety warnings were issued about food from supermarkets.

Tesco, Asda and Sainsbury's have all issued recall warnings in recent days.

The Food Standards Agency (FSA) said some of the products contain ingredients that are not mentioned on the label.

When a product is recalled, for any reason, the FSA shares details on what you should do if you have bought the item, as well as detailed information on why the product is being pulled from shelves.

Here are all the products that have been recalled in the past week.

Iceland

Iceland is recalling Iceland Ready to Eat Tikka Chicken Breast Slices because it contains milk which is not mentioned on the label.

This means the product is a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy or intolerance to milk or milk constituents.

Sainsbury’s

Sainsbury’s is recalling by Sainsbury’s Spaghetti Carbonara because it contains mustard which is not mentioned on the label. This means the product is a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy to mustard.

This means the product is a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy or intolerance to wheat or gluten and/or an allergy to soya.

Tesco and Waitrose

Lindt & Sprüngli (UK) Ltd is recalling Lindt LINDOR Salted Caramel Milk Chocolate 38g Bars because a small number of packs contain wheat (gluten) which is not mentioned on the label.

This means the product is a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy or intolerance to wheat or gluten. Due to a packaging error, some packs contain Lindt HELLO Strawberry Cheesecake Bar.
