Tesco, Asda and Sainsbury's have issued urgent recalls due to safety fears.
The Food Standards Agency has issued warnings on lasagne, books and headphones over concerns the items have been incorrectly labelled or could be a safety risk.
In some cases, the products contain ingredients such as milk, which are not correctly mentioned on the label.

When a product is recalled, the Food Standards Agency shares details on what you should do if you have bought the item, as well as detailed information on why the product is being pulled from shelves.
It said anyone with any of the below items should visit their nearest supermarket for a full refund or exchange.
Sainsbury's
Sainsbury’s is recalling Sainsbury’s Love Your Veg Butternut Squash & Lentil Lasagne because it contains milk that is not mentioned on the label.
This means the product is a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy or intolerance to milk or milk constituents.
The product also contains pork and beef which are also not mentioned on the label as the product has been incorrectly packed with Sainsbury’s Bolognese Melt.

Asda
Ladybird Books is instigating an urgent product recall on this title due to the discovery of a manufacturing fault on some copies where the foil lamination on the cover of the book can be peeled off.
Small parts of foil could be a choking hazard to small children.
Take this book away from small children and return it to the retailer where you bought it for a full refund (there is no need to produce a receipt).
No other Hey Duggee titles are affected by this issue.
Bring it back to your nearest Asda store where you will be given a full refund. You do not need your receipt.
Tesco
Kondor Limited is recalling KitSound Funk25 wireless earbuds, sold at Tesco.
This is because there is a risk of the charging case overheating if it’s connected to a power source that’s more than 5 volts.
If you’re not sure which model you have, look for ‘KitSound/KSFUN25’ written inside the earbud recess in the charging case.

Stop using this product immediately. Instead, return it to a Tesco store for a full refund. No receipt is required.

Spar
Spar is recalling Spar Enjoy Local Coconut Jam Delights because they contain sulphites which are not mentioned on the label.
This means the product is a possible health risk for anyone with a sensitivity to sulphur dioxide and/or sulphites.
