Terry Rozier not holding back: ‘I sacrificed the most out of anybody’

With the Boston Celtics season coming to an end in Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals at the hands of the Milwaukee Bucks on Wednesday, there’s not much reason for players to hold back about what went on behind closed doors throughout the drama-filled season.

Chief among the disgruntled C’s is Terry Rozier, whose frustrations were fairly evident throughout 2018-19. He vocalized some issues during the regular season and rehashed them after the 116-91 blowout loss on Wednesday — to the point where he came close to completely ruling out a chance at re-signing with the Celtics, according to Jay King of The Athletic.

But Rozier didn’t stop there. In fact, he did the opposite when talking with Vincent Goodwill of Yahoo Sports:

I don’t give a [expletive] what nobody say, I sacrificed the most out of anybody.

Something about this says Rozier won’t be back with the Celtics even if Kyrie Irving winds up in a different uniform for the 2019-20 season.
