It was a slog of a first quarter in Miami, but the Washington Redskins finally cracked open the scoring with a pretty 25-yard touchdown pass from Case Keenum to rookie wide receiver Terry McLaurin.
McLaurin ran a crisp corner route that left the Dolphins cornerback diving at his feet before the ball even got there.
With the touchdown, which is McLaurin’s fourth of the season, he now leads all rookie receivers in TD catches. Coming into this game, the rookie in Washington was tied with Marquise ‘Hollywood’ Brown, who has excelled with Lamar Jackson in Baltimore so far this season.
