A terrorist was shot dead by police during a knife rampage after telling fellow prisoners he wanted to kill the Queen, his inquest has heard.
Jurors were shown a prisoner report of Sudesh Amman shouting “this place is full of nonbelievers” and “everyone here will come under the black flag [of IS].”
He also shared extreme views including a desire to assassinate the Queen, become a suicide bomber and join Isis, it was said.
Amman, 20, went on to stab two people on Streatham High Road, South London, on Sunday February 2, 2020 days after his release from Belmarsh Prison.
Police shot and killed him.

The inquest at the Royal Courts of Justice heard today that intelligence prison authorities shared with police in October 2019 suggested Amman was radicalising other inmates.
A list of alleged associates included Hashem Abedi, who helped his brother Salman plan the Manchester Arena bombing.
Prison governor Jenny Louis told the inquest that Amman had lost prison privileges after fighting with other inmates, abusing prison officers and making threats to kill.
In a letter to his family, Amman, originally from Coventry, said: “Fear no one but Allah and keep smiling even in the hardest times, that is what strikes fear into their hearts... never wake up a sleeping lion.”
The inquest continues.
