The New Orleans Saints and Atlanta Falcons published their final injury reports ahead of their Week 10 kickoff, confirming the status for star players like Saints running back Alvin Kamara and Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan. Saints coach Sean Payton and his Falcons counterpart, Dan Quinn, said earlier this week that those players would be playing, but with official injury reports posted we no longer have to just take them at their word.
Friday’s injury reports reflect participation in the week’s practice session. Changes from previous injury reports are denoted with bold text. Here’s what we learned now that each team’s report has been made public.
Left tackle Terron Armstead sat out Friday’s practice will an illness, but his game status is not under doubt. Every player listed on the report is expected to suit up except for cornerback Patrick Robinson, who is questionable with a hamstring injury. Backup tight end Josh Hill (calf) was limited again in practice but is expected to play; the starter, Jared Cook (ankle), was a full participant again. This is the closest the Saints have been to full-strength since the season started.
