Terrifying plane crash simulator experience coming to UK

A terrifying new plane crash simulator experience is next month.

FLIGHT will allow thrill-seekers to look death squarely in the eyes as a shipping container is transformed into an exact replica of a Boeing 707 aircraft carriage.

Not recommended for people of a nervous disposition and not suitable for those who are claustrophobic, the experience will head to Nottingham in February.

From tech-theatre innovators Darkfield, the unsettling 30 minute performance takes place in complete darkness, reports Nottinghamshire Live.

The experience takes passengers through two worlds, two realities, and gives two possible outcomes to their journey - one more horrifying than the other.

Darkfield, founded by Glen Neath and David Rosenberg, is an ongoing theatrical project made up of experiences taking place in shipping containers, which explore fear and anxiety.

Each show functions without live actors, employing binaural sound, pitch darkness and movement to put each audience member at the centre of the evolving story.

FLIGHT runs at a pop-up venue outside Lakeside Arts, Nottingham from February 15 - 23.

Tickets start from £8 and are available via www.lakesidearts.org.uk.
