Terrifying massive brawl breaks out as bats used as weapons in Ballymun, Dublin

There were scary scenes in north Dublin on Thursday evening when a massive brawl broke out in broad daylight.

The fight which took place outside the Old County Barbers in Ballymun took place between two rival gangs who were using baseball bats as weapons in order to attack each other.

The 30 second video initially shows the group of people dragging one person to the ground.

Then, it skips on to another section of the fight where all hell breaks loose and two people, one wearing a black top and another wearing a white top, can be seen swinging baseball bats at each other.

Their individual altercation spills out onto the streets where they continue to trade blows swinging their weapons at each other.

The person in white is then horrifically smashed in the back of the head by a third person also carrying a bat.

He is then sandwiched and targeted by the two men who continue to swing in his direction before he eventually makes an attempt to break away.

As he makes a break for it, he trips and falls and is surrounded again.

At one stage, nine people can be counted who are involved in the brawl.

Last week, two videos emerged just a couple of days apart which showed huge fights breaking out in the street of Dublin.

A bare knuckle fight took place on Grafton Street while on Abbey Street, men attacked each other using crutches in the middle of traffic.
