The midfielder is taking the opportunity to relax following a campaign which has seen him become one of the Premier League's best talents and earn international recognition.
He's earned a nap or two.
Unfortunately, Mount isn't having any of it and managed to almost scare the life out of Rice by waking him up.
Seriously, just yelp. That second yelp. That terrified face. It will all stay long in the memory.
Mount's good spirits will be lasting long after his and Rice's jaunt to the Middle East as Standard Sport understands Chelsea have opened talks over a new contract for the youngster.
With Frank Lampard set to be appointed, Mount is keen to continue working under the manager for whom he performed so well at Derby last season.
