Terrence Ross comes up big as Magic top Pacers, 107-100

ORLANDO, Fla. _ On a night when Nikola Vucevic was named to the NBA All-Star team, the Orlando Magic had another reason to celebrate.

They finally beat the Indiana Pacers.

Terrence Ross hit five 3-pointers and finished with a season-high 30 points as the Magic fought back in the fourth quarter and came away with a 107-100 victory over the Pacers on Thursday night at Amway Center.

Vucevic, who found out moments before the game he had been named an NBA All-Star reserve, finished with 17 points and 10 rebounds for the Magic, who snapped an eight-game losing streak to the Pacers. Jonathan Isaac delivered 13 points and a career-high 13 rebounds to boost Orlando, which also ended an eight-game home losing streak to Indiana.

Ross scored 13 of his points in the fourth quarter as the Magic pulled ahead for good. Orlando (21-31) broke an 89-89 tie with seven consecutive points _ five by D.J. Augustin.

Augustin scored 14 points in the fourth quarter, going 9-for-9 from the free-throw line.

Ross sank four of his six 3-point attempts in the first half, including back-to-back 3s that put the Magic ahead 32-22 at the 10:31 mark of the second quarter. They were up 51-49 at halftime.

The Magic ended a four-game overall losing streak. They will return to Amway to close out a three-game homestand against the Brooklyn Nets on Saturday at 7 p.m. The game will air on Fox Sports Florida.
