Terrell Owens, estranged wife cutting ties with Sherman Oaks home

June 02--Former NFL wide receiver Terrell Owens and his estranged wife, Rachel Snider, have listed their home in Sherman Oaks for sale at $2.349 million.

Built in 2013, the Traditional-style home has an East Coast feel with dormer windows, a sloping roofline and a wide wrap-around porch with a swing. Large expanses of grass, an outdoor deck with a fire pit, and a pool and spa with a waterfall feature make up the corner-lot grounds.

Within the 4,250 square feet of living space is a mud room, a center-island kitchen with marble countertops, formal living/dining rooms, five bedrooms and 4.75 bathrooms. The master suite features a sitting room, a fireplace and a bathroom with a soaking tub and steam shower.

Owens and Snider purchased the home in early January 2014, prior to marrying, for $2.2 million, records show. The couple wed on Jan. 23, 2014, only for Owens to file a petition to divorce after three days of marriage, according to TMZ Sports. Snider identifies herself as the "estranged wife of Terrell Owens" on her Twitter bio.

Neil Klemow of Pinnacle Estate Properties is the listing agent.

Owens, 41, played 15 seasons in the NFL for the San Francisco 49ers, Philadelphia Eagles, Dallas Cowboys, Buffalo Bills and Cincinnati Bengals, making six Pro Bowl teams. More recently, he was a contestant on the seventh season of NBC's "Celebrity Apprentice."
