New Delhi: Terra Grande by Eldeco, the luxury real estate brand focused on second-home communities, plans to add three new projects in the portfolio in the next 12-month.
These project will include a 2.5-acre luxury development in Kalth, Solan, an 8.5-acre wellness-focused villa community near Rishikesh, and a new 12-acre luxury second-home project in Sirmaur.
This is alongside its ongoing developments in Sirmaur (29 acres) and Narendra Nagar near Rishikesh (12.5 acres).
Collectively, these five projects span approximately 61.5 acres and will comprise more than 100 luxury residences.
The company has sold Phase I of its 29-acre development in Sirmaur (Kasauli Hills), where 39 luxury villas are being developed. Spread across 16 acres and priced between Rs 8 crore and Rs 10 crore, the project witnessed demand from affluential families of north India.
