Terminator's Arnold Schwarzenegger and Linda Hamilton reunite for new film Dark Fate

It's been 35 years since the original Terminator saw Arnold Schwarzenegger and Linda Hamilton teamed up.

Now the pair have reunited at CinemaCon in Las Vegas to show fans new footage from the latest Terminator film.

Schwarzenegger , 71, said he was "so excited: to be reunited with Hamilton, who played Sarah Connor.

James Cameron who directed and produced the movie also attended.

"The whole team is back together," Schwarzenegger said.

The first Terminator film introduced Schwarzenegger as the killing machine sent from the future to kill Sarah Connor.

The pair returned in the 1991 follow up film Terminator 2: Judgment Day.

Deadpool's Tim Miller is directing with Cameron back as producer.

CinemaCon also include footage from Gemini Man, Ang Lee's latest sci-fi film.

Will Smith faces a younger version of himself in the film in a move that Lee calls a "leap of faith".
