Terminally ill Scots bride desperately seeking donations for wedding

A terminally ill Scots bride has called on a Glasgow organisation to help make her wedding dreams come true.

The 34-year-old, who is currently receiving palliative care in hospital, is desperately trying to organise her big day for August 26 and is in need of urgent donations.

The woman from Leith, Edinburgh, asked Wedding Wish Makers to help her get a hold of her dream princess style wedding dress in a size 24-26.

Due to having the wedding outside, the couple are also in need of a marquee for up to 30 people.

They are appealing for a number of items to make their wedding perfect.

A cake, flowers, hairdresser, make up artist, photographer, videographer, caterers, decoration items, rings and kilts are all being sought.

If you can help the couple out, please call 07833 990188, email info@weddingwishmakers.org or contact the charity Facebook page directly.
