Terence Crawford names his top five boxers of all-time

Terence Crawford has named his five best boxers of all-time, with the likes of Sugar Ray Robinson and George Foreman failing to make the cut.

Crawford, one of boxing’s current pound-for-pound king’s, faces Amir Khan on April 20 as he looks to make the second defence of his WBO welterweight belt before a potential unification fight against the also undefeated Errol Spence.

In a ‘quick hits’ series with Top Rank Boxing on Instagram, Crawford was asked to – without taking too long – name his top five to ever enter the professional ring.

Crawford recently admitted that he is keen to unify the welterweight division in a bout against Spence – having already held world championship belts in three weight classes.

“Of course it is makable,” Crawford said.

“I believe it would be the biggest fight in the welterweight division.

“But I have this fight against Amir Khan. After the fight, we can talk about Errol Spence and Al Haymon and Top Rank doing business together. But right now, I am not even thinking or worried about Errol Spence.”
