TenZ has finally stepped in to put an end to the wave of cheating rumors aimed at his ex-fiancée Kyedae, calling the speculation “genuinely disgusting” and completely detached from reality.
The former VALORANT pro took to X (formerly Twitter) to clear the air after days of people twisting photos, inventing timelines, and dragging a friend into the drama.
In a detailed post, TenZ said people were “spitting out bullsh*t onto the timeline” and pushing a “non-existent” narrative about Kyedae allegedly cheating on him with streamer and voice actor John Choi.
He explained that John is a friend to both him and Kyedae, and that the pair were on a trip he was originally supposed to attend, alongside one of his best friends from high school, someone he says was conveniently cropped out of images circulating online to make the story look worse.
TenZ described the manufactured narrative as “f**king wild” and urged people to stop projecting their own insecurities onto a relationship they were never part of.
The rumors didn’t stop at cheating claims. Another bizarre theory suggested that TenZ had donated bone marrow to help Kyedae during her battle with leukemia, turning that supposed sacrifice into leverage against her after their breakup.
TenZ shut that down just as firmly, saying he had “no clue” how the idea started and confirming he “most definitely did not” donate bone marrow to her. He questioned whether the situation had crossed into pure rage-bait territory and admitted it was rare for online hate to get him this emotionally charged.
John Choi also spoke up on X, denying that he is dating Kyedae and stating he has never hung out with her outside of group settings.
He asked people to stop cropping photos to make it look like they were spending time alone and revealed he has been receiving death threats, even though TenZ himself has publicly said the rumors are false.
All of this comes just days after TenZ and Kyedae confirmed they had broken up after six years together, describing the split as mutual and rooted in personal growth rather than drama.
In their announcement, they stressed there was “no wrongdoing, no resentment, and no single event” that caused the breakup, echoing reporting that framed it as an amicable end to a long relationship. They simply “grew apart” and still want the best for each other as they move into new chapters of their lives.
Even ex-CS pro and currently Sentinels content creator, Tarik, said: “Wild to see so many narratives when we all have no involvement or idea. No one’s fault here, but this is why relationships should stay private. Let’s go touch grass now.”
