Over 20,000 people failed to turn up for Covid-19 vaccination appointments in West Lothian.
The Courier sent a Freedom of Information request to NHS Lothian and discovered there were 22,404 missed appointments in the county.
The Pyramids Centre in Bathgate had 21,867 individuals who did not attend appointments.
Strathbrock Partnership Centre in Broxburn had 472 people missing appointments.
And Howden Health Centre in Livingston had 245.
The FOI also revealed that another 9011 people rescheduled their appointments in West Lothian.

The data was sourced from the National Clinical Datastore, from February 1 to July 5.
An NHS Lothian spokesperson said: “Missed appointments were defined as where a patient had an appointment on a specific date at a specific site but did not attend at that site on that date. Appointments that had been cancelled were not counted as missed.
“This is missed appointments notified to NSS through NCDS for appointments scheduled within the National Vaccination Scheduling System (NVSS). Information on missed appointments for those outwith NVSS (e.g. through GP practices) are not available centrally.
“There are known issues with the appointment status data in NCDS. Some cancelled appointments may not be listed as cancelled, which will result in over-counting of missed appointments.
“Vaccinations and appointments where the patient’s CHI was not listed were excluded as it would not be possible to link vaccinations and appointments without CHIs. This could result in mis-counting of missed appointments.”
