Tennessee Titans’ uniforms ranked among worst in NFL

Multiple NFL teams underwent some uniform changes this offseason, altering the looks of what we’ll be seeing on the field in 2020.

The Los Angeles Rams, Atlanta Falcons, New England Patriots, Cleveland Browns, Los Angeles Chargers and Tampa Bay Buccaneers have all undergone uniform changes.

And, for what it’s worth, the Falcons’ unis look like they’re straight out of an XFL game.

So, where did the Tennessee Titans’ uniforms rank in the midst of all these changes?

At least in the eyes of For The Win’s Charles Curtis, not very high at all. In fact, Curtis has the Titans at No. 29 overall within his rankings.

That’s ahead of the Denver Broncos, and behind the Houston Texans.

“Whether it’s this one or the dark blue home jerseys, there’s something off about them, with a lot of parts that don’t quite fit together,” he wrote.

Curtis placed the Carolina Panthers at dead-last, and the Chargers at the top spot.

This isn’t the first time the Titans have gone low in the uniform rankings, with Sporting News Tadd Haislop listing the team at No. 20 overall.

“The sword factor is why the otherwise strange-looking silver sleeves work so well,” he wrote. “The only knock on these uniforms — and it’s significant — is the number font.”
