The Tennessee Titans made 14 undrafted free-agent signings after the 2020 NFL Draft to help fill in their roster ahead of training camp.

Rotoworld’s Thor Nystrom recently ranked the UDFA signings of every NFL team, and the Titans landed at the No. 25 spot on his list.
The Titans are lacking in inside linebacker depth, giving Cale Garrett a clear pathway to a potential roster spot. Garrett was limited to six games last year, but graded as PFF’s No. 13 off-ball linebacker when he was on the field. WR Nick Westbrook is another guy to keep an eye on. He was seen as a potential Day 2 guy after a star-turn as a sophomore at Indiana, but a torn ACL in the opener against Ohio State stole a year of development. He never had the same kind of season again, but he’s a big kid who runs good routes and plays special teams and has contributed in the Big 10 for years, with three 40-plus catch seasons.
Nystrom nails it on the head when he brings up the Titans’ lack of depth at inside linebacker. Outside of starters Jayon Brown and Rashaan Evans, and main backup David Long, Tennessee doesn’t have much going on.
Inside linebacker Nick Dzubnar, who the team signed earlier this offseason, is a special teams ace and hasn’t seen very many snaps on defense during his career.
Nigel Harris is another name at the position on Tennessee’s roster, but he has only played in 11 games during his career and the majority of his snaps have come on special teams.
This weakness could open the door for two of the Titans’ UDFA signings in Cale Garrett out of Missouri, who Nystrom mentions, and Khaylan Kearse-Thomas out of Arizona State.
Kicker Tucker McCann will also have a chance to make an impact, as he’s set to compete for the starting kicker job with Greg Joseph, who undoubtedly has the upper hand there.
Of the Titans’ UDFA signings, those who plays defensive line, inside linebacker, running back and wide receiver figure to have the best shot to make the 53-man roster.
Other names to keep an eye on will be wide receivers Nick Westbrook and Mason Kinsey, as well as defensive linemen Teair Tart and Kobe Smith, and running back Cameron Scarlett.
