Tennessee Titans to begin virtual offseason program on April 27

The Tennessee Titans have confirmed that the plan is for their virtual offseason program to begin on April 27.

Head coach Mike Vrabel said as much during a pre-draft press conference on Monday with both he and general manager Jon Robinson.

Because of the coronavirus outbreak, there are restrictions on how teams can get their players together to begin their respective offseason programs.

So, much of the classroom-type work that needs to be done will have to occur over video conferencing, which is what the Titans will be doing starting next Monday.

Let’s just hope everyone involved has a good Wifi connection.

Teams have already gotten a taste of operating virtually this offseason, as all prospect meetings ahead of the 2020 NFL Draft have had to take place via video conferencing.

Adding to that, the NFL Draft itself will take place virtually from April 23 to April 25.

Despite the coronavirus outbreak, the NFL offseason keeps moving right along, albeit with some big adjustments.
