The Tennessee Titans’ Week 4 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers has been postponed due to the COVID-19 outbreak the Titans are experiencing, the first of the 2020 NFL season for any team.
As a result, the game has been moved to Week 7, which means both the Titans and Steelers will have a bye in Week 4. To make room for the game, the NFL has moved the Steelers-Ravens Week 7 contest to Week 8, which changes Baltimore’s bye to Week 7.
There are no doubt some angry fans and players in Baltimore and Pittsburgh with both teams having their schedules changed — and we can’t say we totally blame them for feeling that way — however, something like this was always possible with the NFL playing a season in the midst of a pandemic.
