It's of no surprise to us here in Wales that Tenby is one of the most popular picture spots in the world.
In fact, North Beach in the Pembrokeshire town has come top for the most photogenic in the UK, beating other stunning sites like Durdle Door in Dorset and Brighton seafront. See where in Wales you can have the best seaside day out, here.
And it's up there among the best in the world too, coming seventh in the top 10 of most photogenic beaches across the globe, more than earning its place amongst the likes of Kelingking Beach in Bali and Australia's Bondi Beach.

Research carried out by finance site, money.co.uk, analysed more than 26 million Instagram hashtags associated with the world’s most popular beaches and found that Tenby's popular beach - which is famous for its pastel-coloured houses overlooking the harbour - had 343 pictures shared on Instagram for every metre.
Tenby's North Beach isn't just stunning for its Instagram-ideal location, it is a Blue Flag beach as a result of their strong environmental, educational, safety-related and access-related efforts. You can read about all the Blue Flag beaches in Wales for 2021 here.
The Tenby beach, a favourite beach for tourists, is in good company on the UK list as Caswell Bay on Gower also features. Popular with surfers, Caswell visitors snap 41 pictures per metre.
