Residents in a block of council flats claim they have been living in fly-infested homes affected by damp for six weeks.
The residents of 1-6 Dufour's Place, Soho, have not had their leak fixed and have become increasingly concerned about their health.
They claim their ceilings have bubbled from the damp and flies have swarmed their flats, My London reports.
Sam Taylor has been housed by Westminster City Council for 40 years and has been experiencing damp in his home since August.
Mr Taylor, who is in his seventies, first realised he was experiencing damp six weeks ago in his kitchen and his ceilings and walls have been affected.

Talking to MyLondon, he said: "Some days it was like a small river coming down it would last for about an hour."
He claimed that, despite efforts to get rid of the damp by mopping and wiping it, the sealant on his bath came off and his walls were bubbling.
Mr Taylor says he has also been experiencing a fly infestation and said: "I don't like killing them but they won't go out the window."
The issue has been raised with Westminster City Council three times, and a number of plumbers have visited the property but the leak remains unresolved.
He said: "I just want them to stop the water coming in. It's gone on a bit too long."
According to Mr Taylor, this is not the first time something like this has happened in the building.
A neighbour, Claude, 57, also claimed he had been experiencing a similar problem for two months which is coming from above.
Since he lives next door to Mr Taylor, they could be affected by the same leak.

Claude said: "It’s stripped away all the paint, it’s come through the light fixtures. The place is full of insects and flies because of this.
"We have a bucket to hold the water coming in through the ceiling.
"The smell is okay for now because we can keep the windows open. My concern is going to be when it gets colder outside."
He continued: "There is mould on the walls and I am worried about the respiratory issues that could arise from that.
"It’s where I cook my food, so now I’m reluctant to prepare or cook food there because of the insects.
"It’s coming down into the cupboards, which are developing mould, and the rest of the wall. I think pretty soon I’m not going to be able to stay in the apartment."
Claude fears his home is unsafe as the water has leaked into his electrical fixtures and light fittings.
He added: "You’ll hear popping sounds and the fuse will cut out. If you turn on the light it’ll start crackling.
"I don’t know how much of the electrical wiring that I can’t see is being affected by water."

Claude claims he has been repeatedly reporting the issues to the council, but it remains unsolved despite plumbers attending the property.
He added: "It’s not clear what the origin of the leak is. Apparently no one can see anything so we’ve been told it must be coming from inside the floor or walls."
In response, Cllr David Harvey, Westminster City Council Cabinet Member for Housing Services, said: “Our residents deserve to live in high quality homes and we are sorry that, in this case, our usual high standards for making repairs quickly have not been met.
"I was very concerned to learn about Mr Taylor’s case and I understand the frustrations of residents in Dufour’s Place.
"It has been very difficult to find the source of the leaks in this building, however, it has now been located and we are working urgently to solve the issue.
He added: "Once the leak is under control and the affected areas have dried out, the flat will be thoroughly cleaned and damaged cupboards, flooring and utilities will be replaced.
“We will complete this work as quickly as possible and continue to work with Mr Taylor to ensure his flat is in the best possible condition.”
