Ten reported dead at Oregon community college

Ten people are said to be dead and more than 20 injured after a shooting incident at a college in Oregon.

Reports said the incident happened at Umpqua Community College in Roseberg, Oregon, according to The News-Review Today, a local publication.

More than 20 people are injured, the New York Daily News reported. 

The shooter was reported as "down," with no further details immediately available, said Douglass County commissioner Chris Boice.

One female was shot in the chest on the Roseburn campus.
