Ten Georgia Bulldogs have made the Reese’s Senior Bowl watch list ahead of the 2019 season. The Senior Bowl is one last chance for college prospects to impress NFL scouts and executives ahead of the NFL Draft. Only seniors can play in the game. Here’s the Bulldogs who made the 2020 Senior Bowl’s Watch List:
K Rodrigo Blankenship, WR Lawrence Cager, DT Tyler Clark, ILB Tae Crowder, RB Brian Herrien, DB JR Reed, DT Julian Rochester, WR Tyler Simmons, TE Charlie Woenrer, and TE Eli Wolf.
With ten seniors invited, Georgia has the fifth most watch-list members of any program behind: Michigan, Auburn, South Carolina, and Ole Miss. Georgia will look to have more than the seven players who were drafted in 2020. Georgia’s Andrew Thomas and Jake Fromm are expected to be first round picks in 2020 as well.
The Senior Bowl would be most beneficial players like Brian Herrien, Tyler Simmons, Eli Wolf, and Julian Rochester. Each of these players may see limited playing time in 2019, so scouts would appreciate more tape of them should they qualify for the Senior Bowl.
