Ten days left to enter raffle to win stunning Wicklow townhouse with sea views

There are just ten days left to enter a raffle to be in with a chance of winning this incredible, brand new Wicklow townhouse.

The two-bedroom home is a short stroll from Wicklow Town main street and the sea and just a 40 minute commute to Dublin.

But that's not all, with the winner also receiving a 212 Volkswagen Golf Life Hybrid Automatic worth a whopping €35,000.

The raffle has been organised by Glenealy GAA club and the draw will take place on Easter Monday.

It costs €100 to enter and the public can purchase tickets until 11:59pm on Easter Sunday.

The GAA club organised the raffle in order to raise money for more space and facilities to support their expanding hurling club.

Meg Geraghty, Secretary of Glenealy Hurling Club is coordinating the raffle and said "excitement is building" throughout the town as the raffle nears.

She told Dublin Live: "It's lovely to have a bit of buzz and excitement.

"It's great that we're going to make someone's dream come true on Easter Monday.

"You can't walk down the street without someone saying 'I'll be down to pick up the keys!'".

Meg said she can't wait to find out the winner.

"I just want to see their face when we hand over the keys," she said

"It's going to be life changing for somebody, to be able to live mortgage free, right by the sea."

Local builder Wicklow Cosy Homes came on board and supplied the house, which is located on The Anchor, Monkton Row, Wicklow Town.

It one of just three houses in an exclusive in fill development built by Wicklow Cosy Homes.

The raffle will take place in the community hall at 4pm on Easter Monday and will be live streamed on Facebook.

The draw will be conducted by drawing a unique membership number from a drum with all unique entries inside. An independent person will draw the winning entry and it will be overseen by an independent adjudicator.

The club are also running a bonus draw for all those who have tickets before midnight on April 10.

There will be two winners, one winning a ticket for the All-Ireland hurling final and the other will get a ticket for the All-Ireland football final.

Tickets for the raffle can be purchased online here and there will be a pop-up shop to purchase physical tickets at Matt Forkin Office, Wicklow Town on April 9 and 16 between 9:30am and 3:30pm.
