In July, a three-day-old baby died in bed next to her parents just hours after being brought home from hospital.
Little Luna Atkins was breastfed by her mother at around 9.30pm before both her exhausted parents fell asleep next to her.
The baby had been born two-weeks premature by emergency Cesarean section and spent her first two days at the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff.
She was discharged at around 5pm after doctors decided she was strong enough to go home.
But tragically Luna was declared dead at around 2.20am at their home in Roath, Cardiff.
