A month or so back I focused on a report that said employers didn't know enough about their cleaning contractors - whether the staff were being paid a fair wage, whether their conditions were reasonable and soforth.
The TUC has now highlighted another issue - temps and their conditions. At least in the case of poorly-treated cleaning contractors the business has the excuse that they didn't know what was going on because they had little direct contact with the affected people, but denying temps training and fair conditions?
Happily it's only a minority thing. It's still too many.
