They're arguably two of the most photographed women in the world, but the Duchess of Sussex and the Duchess of Cambridge make two very different subjects.
One man who should know is Tim Rooke, a photographer who has been present at some of the key royal events of recent years.
Tim was one of the many photograhers camped outside the Lindo Wing that hot July in 2013 when the world waited for news of Prince George's birth.
He was also effectively "on tour" with Meghan Markle and Prince Harry at the end of last year, when they visited Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands.
Not a bad job, is it? And it's also one which allows him to observe the contrasts between the royals.
Speaking to the Daily Mail , he revealed the difference between shooting Meghan and Kate boiled down to a couple of factors.
Tim pointed out that not only are the Sussexes much ore openly affectionate with one another, but "they're a lot less traditional in their approach".
Nothing is more indicative of this than Meghan and Harry's decision to forego the post-birth photoshoot.

He also explained: "Something I love about shooting the Sussexes is how affectionate they are with each other.
"It's refreshing to see how intimate they are as a couple as they often spend their whole time holding hands when they are together."
There are other key differences which others have picked up on.
While on public engagements, Kate will seldom - if ever - look directly at the camera.

Meghan, on the other hand, is comfortable with doing just that.
Judi James told Cosmopolitan : "Like many young women of the selfie generation, Meghan's habit of doing what is called 'camera courting' (addressing the camera with a direct eye gaze), suggests a desire to communicate openly and confidently in the way that her peers would do via social media and blogs.
"Kate's relationship with the cameras is much more passive."
